We’re On the Hunt for a New Account Manager!
We're looking for a client-focused Account Manager to join our creative marketing team at The Big Picture. In this role, you'll serve as the strategic lead for a portfolio of clients — developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that span strategy, social media, e-newsletters, digital advertising, content marketing, website management, and full-scale campaign development. You'll work closely with our writers, photographers, videographers, graphic designers and our website developer to bring creative visions to life, manage quarterly action plans, and ensure every client's goals are met.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work with project specialists, work with team members to drive creative execution, and keep multiple moving pieces aligned from concept through execution. Our agency works primarily in these areas: healthcare, banking, colleges/technical colleges, and economic development/tourism - experience in one or more of these areas is ideal. Travel is required: estimated six to eight out-of-town video/photo shoots annually; these average three days each plus two - four conferences per year. And of course, day trips for client meetings.
Our team is seeking a candidate who is an excellent communicator comfortable with building genuine relationships - with clients and team members. You're someone who can earn a client's trust, and translate their business goals into compelling marketing strategies. You work well in a collaborative environment, can pitch new ideas, and bring both the big-picture thinking and the attention to detail needed to see a campaign all the way through, including reporting. We offer a supportive, flexible work culture with a hybrid in office schedule, a competitive commission structure for new business development, and the opportunity to do meaningful, creative work alongside a team who truly loves what they do.
