The Big Picture Wins Big Awards
The American Advertising Federation (AAF) Central Georgia presented its 2008–2009 ADDY® Awards on March 7 at downtown Macon’s SoChi Gallery. A Day at the Movies Featuring "UP"
A Day at the Movies was an event The Big Picture coordinated for The Eye Center at Affinity, one of our retainer clients. The event was held on June 6th at the Stadium 16 theater in Valdosta as a kick off to The Eye Center’s summer specials promotion. As part of the event, the community was asked to call in advance to reserve free adult tickets and discounted children’s tickets for the matinee showings of “UP” in 3D. The response was outstanding! Structures by Chris Brooks Recognized as Model Web Site
The Big Picture designed a Web site for Structures by Chris Brooks, a local builder who provides custom design and construction. The Web site was recognized by the Southern Living Custom Builder Program as a model site for homebuilders. Chris Brooks, who is a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program, was also highlighted on their Web site as a feature builder. Big Picture Completes Pro-Bono Project
Recently, The Big Picture participated in a contest sponsored by Dara Barwick, director of the Entrepreneur and Small Business Regional Program for the state of Georgia. The mission was to promote growth of small businesses in the area, and Sumter County was selected as the winning community. The Big Picture worked in conjunction with Gaynor Cheokas, director of the Center for Business and Economic Development at Georgia Southwestern State University, to narrow the applicants down to three finalists.
